Compared with the existing blockchain network, Poriot’s native public chain has three major advantages as follows:
1）The Gas fee of the transaction is close to 0 (each transaction only needs 4 micro USDT Gas fee)
2）Formed a killer native public chain, which far surpasses the current mainstream public chains (including but not limited to BitCoin, Ethereum, FileCoin, etc.) in terms of TPS, business latency, Gas fee, security, etc., and originally proposed the POR proof mechanism to realize the maximum benefit utilization of mining machine resources; so that the mining machine can serve all the ecology and applications on the chain.
3）Use multiple cross-chain mechanisms to couple with a variety of public chains , enable Poriot to seamlessly interconnect with existing and future various blockchains. Poriot has the characteristics of 20,000+TPS, second-level service delay, ultra-low micro-level Gas fee, double security guarantee, pipeline mechanism, and original POR mechanism:
（1） TPS exceeds 20,000 times/second
Blocks mainly store transaction data. Except for the block headers, the maximum capacity of a single block body is BCmax (currently set to 100MB), and 1 block is generated every 1 time cycle Tb (Tb is currently set to 5 seconds), the number of bytes submitted for a single transaction cannot exceed Bmax (Bmax is set to 1KB),and at least BCmax/Bmax = 100,000 transactions can be put into each block, and the lower limit of TPS = 100,000 times/5 seconds = 20,000 times/second According to the 2/8 principle, the average TPS can reach 20,000 times/sec*4 = 80,000 times/sec.
As the TPS required by the main network increases, the Bcmax can be increased and reduce Tb (theoretically, Bcmax can be expanded to 500MB~1000MB (currently, the read and write speed of a single Sata port SSD disk is> 500MB/s, by employing RAID array or single disk RAID, the disk read and write speed can be further linearly expanded, Tb can be reduced to 1 second) to increase the lower limit of TPS. With (5~10)*5 = 25~50 times the TPS improvement space, i.e., the lower limit of TPS can be increased to (25~50)* 20,000 = 500,000~1 million (times/sec),and the average TPS can be increased to (25~50)* 80,000 = 2 million to 4 million (times/second).
（2） Second-level service delay
The maximum data volume of a single transaction is 1KB, which supports users to directly perform transfer transactions and business transactions based on the original Poriot chain. The second level confirmation (currently set to 5 seconds, can be expanded to within 1 second), without relying on the small delay (for example,the minimum delay of a single transaction of BTC requires 10 minutes)confirmation of other PoW public chains.
（3） Ultra-low micro-level Gas fee
Due to the utilization of 100MB ultra-large blocks (up to 100MB/1KB =100,000 transactions can be placed), one checkpoint is set every N blocks (N>=50),and the checkpoint data is submitted to the public chain with high consensus (Currently set to Ethereum), its Gas consumption is 1/(50*100,000) = 1/500 million of Ethereum, based on the current average gas fee per transaction of Ethereum 20Usdt, Poriot’s gas fee = 20USDT/5 million= 0.000004Usdt = 4 micro Usdt.
（4） Double security guarantee, highersecurity assurance than traditional public chains
The Poriot chain uses a pledge-based PoS mechanism and consensus algorithm,and strengthens security protection through the development of IoT mining machine standards. The security level is higher than that of similar public chains; meanwhile, the Poriot chain is set 1 checkpoint every N blocks (N>=50), the Merkle root of N block headers, the continuous signature of more than 51% of the accounting nodes, and the hash of the bit concatenation of the previous field are written into the public chain with high consensus and support for smart contracts to ensure the security of transactions (currently using Ethereum); achieve the ultimate consistency of business data, double protection that cannot be tampered with.
（5） Intercommunication with various public chains through pipeline
